My mom gave me the idea for this actually. My Step father called her a cunt one night during an argument. And after my mom told me about it I thought, why not go with it?

Just like Bitch, some words need to be reclaimed.

If some guy gets pissed off because you are a powerful, strong, independent woman and he calls you a Cunt to make him feel better about himself, then smile and say THANK YOU!

New Wrap...

We'll I finished this wrap for a girl I work with. I think it turned out pretty nice...Sorry the pics look like Shite tho...





I used a basic open stitch pattern and added a simple twist and 2 skiens of some cotton I have stashed away and POOF and twisted wrap.

When i give it to Shannon I'll take a pic so you can see what it looks like when its being worn...

So i splurged and bought some egg dye...

ok it was more than a splurge i went to 3 places to find some finally ending at the Dollar Store where I bought them ount * 34 boxes to be percise* and now I have a nice collecetion of egg dyes to use this coming year with future projects...



After trying walmart, Jay C, and GoodWill I fianlly grabbed soem at the Dollar Store for 50 cents apeice...and no to mention having some pretty strange looks from other patrorns and the check out clerk. She gave in and asked what Iw as doing with all of them and I wanted to say something like "I'm building a bomb t pain this place pretty pastels..." But I stuck with "Yarn dying".

I think my first thought woul dhave been beter.

hmm..

I'm wondering what all i can find on ebay...

Stitches or Bust!

So I got my info about Stitches Midwest in the mail and I figured out the classes I want to take...I'm debating if I should get the tickets to the fashion show and stuff...is it worth it...If you been before please tell me if its worth the money...

Now here comes the hard part...Finding the money to go. no one informed me how $$$ it is...*gasp*
